Throughput answers how quickly useful data can move on the tested path. Latency describes response delay; jitter describes variation between latency samples; loaded latency shows how responsiveness changes while transfers are active. A strong result in one dimension does not guarantee a strong result in another.
For useful comparisons, keep the device and test conditions as similar as possible, repeat measurements, and change one variable at a time. Browser-based results describe the measurement path and should not be treated as proof of performance to every destination.
