For a technical correction or tool problem, include the page URL, the input you used, the result you received, what you expected instead, and your browser/device when it is relevant. Please do not send passwords, private keys, authentication tokens or other secrets.
WHAT TO CONTACT US ABOUT
Useful reports include incorrect formulas, unclear technical wording, browser compatibility problems, accessibility issues, broken navigation, privacy questions and reproducible differences between a documented method and the tool's behavior.
For security-sensitive reports, keep the first message concise and avoid including credentials or personal data.
BEFORE REPORTING A NETWORK RESULT
A different result is not automatically a defect. Network measurements vary with route, Wi-Fi conditions, VPN use, device load, congestion and destination. Repeat the test under similar conditions and include those conditions when reporting a suspected measurement problem.
